Yes I know, Im saying they look good in a real life pic instead of just the promo shot on the site. Still, he has two inches further out backspacing than I.

I just measured what 1.5" less of stock fender would look like and it isn't much... I don't think it will give the effect you're looking for. You said you didn't want spacers, but it seems to be the easiest way to get that bulldog look.

Smittybilt makes a very skinny steel flare. Last time I saw was $300. Very little tire coverage. They look good IMO

Also just saw one that's new to me in a Quadratec catalog. Trailmods was the name and it has a detachable piece that makes it look very close to stock, but when that is taken off you have a pretty small flare left, if you can even call it a flare.

Just go to smittybilt.com they are permanent flares you have to drill into the body of the jeep to mount them

This is the first one I found.

And we don't have to worry about tire coverage here in Arkansas, but my guess is if you live in a state where the trailmods are illegal, I'd be willing to bet the narrow flares of any brand will be illegal too. Just my guess though

I think Rugged Ridge makes a narrow plastic flare too.
