All front axles have (at least) two parts, an inner axle and an outer axle. The inner axle on a D30 front is 27 spline as it does into the differential. The out axle that drives your unit bearing/wheel has 32 splines. The JK Rubicon Dana 44 front axle has 30 splines inner and the same 32 splines outer.

Buy the front locker/limited based on the inner shaft spline count (the one going into the diff), not the outer.



And for locker suggestions, follow the first link in post 5. Dynatrac has some great info in that thread.
