from the modified faq:

Q: Will 15" Wheels Fit on my JK?
A: Most steel ones will fit without any problems and depending on the thickness of the wheel most aluminum ones will as well. The only thing you really need to make sure is that the wheel clears the brake calipers.

i have 15s and they work fine.

some people get lucky with the 15" and some don't, i would go to a tire shop and let them test fit them first.

15's definitely fit. Have heard rumors of some needing a slight grinding of the calipers, but mine fit fine.

Wow, they actually look like they ^^^ are smaller than 15's. LOL

Man those things look tiny compared to the rest of the Jeep.

15 is the smallest you can go. anything else wont even clear the rotor or caliper. i had to use wheel spacers to get my cragar soft 8's to fit. Keep in mind that just because they fit one JK, they dont fit the next.

With steel wheels, no 2 rims are the same. it all depends on the manufacterur's QC and what not.

Backspacing is the key, plus rim design. have one test fitted to ensure. Also do the search on here. This has been discussed, but noone has made a list of all that will work.

15s with 4 to 4.5" backspacing should work well for you
