Default smittybilt overhead console hardtop?
Hi!! I have a 2015 rubicon with the soft and the hard top ( the hard top on the 2015 use the middle footloop ) I would like to know if any one was able to make it fit with a hard top using the middle loop!?

You have to remove the middle hoop.

not sure if I understand? but my freedom top ( 2015 model ) use the middle hoop.

Hes saying you have to remove the loop to put the console on. I'm not sure how you could make it work with a hard top,I put one in last week and couldn't see a way that I could make the hard top work with it

I was able to take my bracket and put it in a vice and bend it to make it work

I have an 08 hardtop and i got the console to fit I will send some pics after work today. Not sure what the footman loop looks like on the 2015s but mine was riveted and I had to drill it out

I never actually used that foot loop with the hard top. No leaks or anything. Didn't even help secure the top at all.
