It is slow but it works just fine....for the $300 I saved over a cheap Warn, I figure I am willing to pull a little slower.

The screws can easily be replaced at an Aubuchon Hardware with Stainless steel. Ace Hardware also carries them. I couldn't find at Lowes or Home depot in my area but was successful at the smaller mom and pop place.

Remember to unwind the cable and bring the cable back in under load. It's in the instructions I think...
