Bought mine off a guy on craigslist. I'm not impressed with them either, doesn't line up too well. I was only able to install 3 out of 4 nuts on the driver side rock rail. They should design with better tolerances. I bought them relatively cheap, so I can't complain.

Do a search for Rocker Guards beware or something similar. There is talk on there of a smittybilt rep to talk to that seems to be really good at getting replacements and whatnot.

Look up the 1-800 number and call shittybilt...ask for Ray. Make sure you actally TALK to him, and make follow up calls. They never return voicemails or emails. He will help you out with your probs. They make good on their problems but not worth all the hastle if you ask me. Poor craftsmanship on their products (I have xrc front and rear bumper/carrier).
