Anyone know if you can install the Rugged Ridge 17756.36 AmFib High Mount Snorkel; 18-21

on a 2017 jk? I’m trying to figure out what the difference.

well, for starters, that cowel at the bottom corner of the a-pillar is completely different on the JLs from the JK, so i'd say no on that alone. The windshield is at a bit of a different angle and i imagine the distance from the a-pillar to the airbox is different at well by at least a small bit. I don't think a snorkel is one of those things that should be juuuuuuusssssstttt good enough even if you could manage to make the install. I'd want something that is damn secure and no doubt sealed, but it's just my opinion.
