Has anyone installed a aev snorkle on their jk an f so how was it to mark an cut hood and f u could do it again would u install a diff snorkles ?

I bet it was scary! What brand and how much did it cost ? Can it work with aev heat reduction hood ?

Rite on Jus don't like the way the volant looks. Do u no how much less the aev flows ?

AEV Snorkel FTW. Allows Dual battery. Keep factory antenna. Works with most windshield lights.
I hope one is under my tree this Christmas.

I'm waiting on the new Rugged Ridge Snorkel. If they don't have it ready by next spring then I'm probably going with the River Raider snorkel. Either way I don't want to cut my hood and I like both designs better than the AEV.

I just installed the river raider expidition snorkel kit got it due to i did not want to cut the hood not to bad to install only pita was cutting through the fire wall but i liked the way it installed in the cowl.

I ordered the AEV from north ridge last week.. I think it's the most reasonably priced of the name brand snorkels...
