Are you gonna stick with the 35's? If so you'd be alright assuming the 30 (or the 44) isn't screwed up at all. If you plan on going bigger you might want to consider just building something up yourself. A good friend of mine built up his 30, gussets, truss, sleeves, shafts, lockers, gears etc.... only to break it his first time out. He was running 37's. If I was you, i'd prolly pass on that deal and wait till you can build what you want. You'll be too busy spending cash on the new house and moving anyway. When your ready you can look into pro rock housings or maybe even 60's.
