So it's not my brakes squeaking, what could it be?
If it is may be a bent axle flange. Check out this Youtube video JK dana 44 bent axle flange - YouTube
I had a similar problem to what was mentioned. After being told... By hearing the noise... It was my throw out bearing or u-joint... I did some research on this thread. Figured it was my rear breaks. Had them checked and replaced.. No more noise.
So after getting it on a lift a few weeks ago and noticing a wobbly wheel, I located a new axle shaft. Replaced last night and the squeak while driving appears to be gone. I still have a slight squeak under braking, but I think the pad may be glazed over from 8 months of near constant rubbing, possibly that or the rotor may be slightly warped.
I hope my replacement axles cure the problem.
I ordered the Ten Factory ones as they will warranty a bent flange. They come in next week so i have my fingers crossed that the loud squeaking will be gone.

You bend them by sliding off rocks or ruts when in off camber positions and whack your tires hard on the sidewalls.... The flange is the tabs or "ears' at the end - for the people that don't know or would like to know. Once it bends, you really can't(well, you shouldn't) bend it back because it's eventually going to cause a weak point and snap. If it's bad, my honest opinion is make sure you KNOW it's the flange, then replace with new shafts after you save some money, haha....
On the other hand, I don't see a point in replacing numerous parts all at ONCE rather than one at a time and perhaps pin-point the problem in a more cost efficient approach... Not knocking anyone's choice in how to resolve the issue, either....
I still can't pin-point my problem though. Went to the local shop near me and we set up a guage to check if there were any bends/angles on the rotation while jacked up on one side and the tire off - nada. Watch, it's something stupid as hell. Might just pull the shafts all in all and inspect.... I do keep checking out some new chromoly shafts though

I'll update my issue. New axle shaft fixed the problem almost. Still squeaks after I drive a good distance, but not all the time. Then I bought a 2nd jeep, a 2013, and it has the same squeak, so I've decided to NGAF and enjoy my jeeps.
