completely agree, They need to fit and need to be scratch free., but they'll never fit and work like a steel door like people expect.

A call back to IRAQ Hmmmm I don't think that is gonna happen as the phone I use has a 6 digit phone number because of it being a VOIP phone that is secure. but thats just that I sent in an email they replied with the automatic email saying that I am an important person and they would get back to me within 12 business hours that was on a wednesday morning here it is Sunday 4pm my time and haven't heard back from them.......... Monday Morning there time I will be giving them a call inquiring as to why they have false advertising for there customer service.

Mine did not line perfectly when they were new either. However, after some fine adjustments to the posts on the upper halves, they worked fine. And after using them all summer both as half and full doors, they work better than ever. Yeah, they are noisy and flap at highway speeds, especially if it is windy. But it is great to have the ability to go from no doors to full doors in about 2 mins when you get caught in the mountains by a surprise thunderstorm. As a previous poster already stated, they are definitely not factory steel doors.

Ok I called them and they are replacing them. At first they were just going to send out the new top for the Pass. side however I told them the story and everything. The bad set of doors is on there way back to the store before they ship out my new ones. Hopefully they won't be marred up from the shipping and will be fine. Now Im just waiting on my Gears and SC flashpaq to get there so my buddy can take pics and send them to me....... Ahhhhhh the paitence I have to have... I miss driving muh black beauty....

mine were made pretty poorly too. I had to bend stuff quite a bit to get it to fit right, but the metal is super easy to bend (as I found out when someone broke into mine during the first week) and I was able to bend it back to shape. They just take some work to get them to fit your jeep well. don't be surprised if the next set is the same.

I just recieved my doors today and they are the same way. I understand they are not steel doors and will never fit the same, but come one the jig they make these off of is obviously wrong. Ive installed numerous sets of these on TJ's and it needed minor bending and tweaking, But these JK doors are totally off.
I have put long arm lifts on jeeps in less time than it takes to make these doors fit somewhat right. I called Bestop and they were zero help, their solution keep returning them til I get a set that fits. 4WD offered to exchange them if I pay for shipping back. Ill just keep messing with them til they fit enough to keep the cold air and most of the rain out. If a bestop rep or owner reads this. Redo your JIG that you make these doors with. This is rediculous to expect customers to spend 3-5 hours getting the doors to line up.
