Default Soft springs???

I'd like to find more of a 'factory like' ride w' some 2.5" to 3" springs. Is there such a thing?

I have a stiff RC BB right now and want to upgrade to springs and try to smooth it out a lil.
I feel like I am driving a Mustang.

I am leaning toward TF, but I am open to suggestions.

good on finding anything about coil rates and stuff. Everyone guards that info. I just emailed some coil manuf. about building me a set of springs with the factory x spring rate and 3" of lift. I am sure the cost will be unreal.

Just noticed you have the hydro shocks. I found that these are very soft. What PSI do you run?

I am running Rustys coils and hydro shocks. The ride seems about the same as stock even with D rated Hankook MT tires.

I ran the OME lift & shocks for about a year and the ride quality was much better than stock. You will get close to 3" of lift with the HD springs and may be what you are looking for.

Oooh yeah, the hydros are definitely not the prob. They dont extend on thier own, like the factory shocks.
I had to strech them out to bolt 'em up.
Stock I ran the KM's @ 35psi after the BB I run @ 32, just to soften it up a lil.

My first thought was OME. But if I get the HD springs won't that mean a stiff ride?

With my unlimited and with after market bumpers it produced a very nice ride, much better than stock. On a 2dr you may want to consider the med duty springs, but I think you would like the ride either way. JMO.
