Why not 1350's in the front? Not only are the 1350's stronger but they have a greater range of motion which eqautes to less or no bind.

are you sure about that? I'm almost certain 1350's bind up before 1310's.

I had a 1310 on the front output of my atlas but had problems with binding at full droop. I clearanced the yokes for a little more angle but it still broke. I now have an aftermarket 1350 yoke with about 35 degrees of angle and have had no problems and have 1 ton u-joints instead of 1/2 ton, to match the one ton drive train.

The 60 are in front and rear. Need your help with drag link. looks like the factory drag link will not work bec of the length of the drag link.

if we have to make custom drag link how will i adjust or recenter the steering. the two bolts on the drag ?????

how does the drag link work? what design should we consider?

can someone post the pic of the draglink with 60 installed.

You can take a look at this gallery http://www.project-jk.com/wp-gallery...2_itemId=97396 for the SEMA FT/SOLID jk. There are a few pictures of the steering set up.

The draglink is simple. Center up your steering wheel (make sure it is centered rotation wise as well ie; 2.5 turns in each direction), set your wheels straight ahead, measure from the center of where the draglink TRE goes into to pitman arm (off the steering box) to the center of where the TRE goes into the steering arm on the axle. Call Solid with this measurement and they can make you a drag link based on these measurements with TRE's that turn in opposite directions for fine tuning. The measurements don't have to be PERFECT, just as close as you can get. With this, any alignment shop will be able to dial it in perfect for you.

How much did the axles cost you all finished?
