Looks like a nice setup. One other thought:

You didn't say anything about wheeling in it, but if you are going to take it into the mud or sand offroad, now is the time to think about getting trutracs or some other LSD/Locker. If a shop is changing out the gears, then it is zero extra labor cost to put in the new diff. Also, since you need to buy a new front carrier anyway, you essentially get $75 off the purchase price of a front LSD.

On the downside, this adds at least $400-$500 per axle that you probably weren't planning on spending.

Not big into deep mud but more a weekend warrior light trails back roads just simple fun. At least for now till I get more comfortable withy skill level

Doing a regear is out of my ability, so how much is it to have a regear done and how long would it take somebody experienced to do it?
