Default Spare Parts

Now that I am modifying my JK, I am getting a roomful of spare parts, such as the OEM air filter and housing, cat-back exhaust, suspension parts, wheels, etc.

What are you guys doing with the old ones?

I think my garage is starting to look like a Mopar warehouse. Leather seats, Gentex autodim mirror, AEM CAI , Magnaflow muffler , fuel filler door, CIBIE headlamps, Tuffy center console, upgraded fog lamps - 9005 bulbs, HESCO supercharger, Olympic reversa-bars.
So what am I doing? I'm accumulating.

(stock YES premium cloth seat covers)
(stock mirror)
(stock box, filter, hose)
(stock muffler, exhaust pipe section)
(stock fuel cup)
(stock headlamps, 9008 bulbs)
(stock center console)
(stock fog 9145 bulbs)
(stock engine belt)
(AEM mandrel bent inlet tube)
(stock Rubicon rock rails)
(stock air dam)

When I lifted my former KJ, I kept most of the stock suspension parts. When I traded the KJ for the JK, the dealer asked if I had the original parts in case a buyer wanted it "un-lifted".

Now if anyone removing stock Rubicon Unlimited rock rails wants to send them my way.....

Default Keep then sell

I think I may keep the suspension parts, but everything else I may try taking to the nearest junkyard to see if they want to buy them, at least somebody may get good use out of them.

I got the front end done today, will finish putting on my 3" Premium list tomorrow. Can't wait! Then it will be beer-thirty!

The trash and junkyard? What a waste. If you don't sell them here at least give them away, if not here then most classifieds don't charge for free adds. Maybe someone who didn't really want to dent his bumper could really use a new one. I gave my extras to a jeeper who needed them. I got a case of beer out of it but that was not my goal. Contact a local jeep club.
