Spare tire lock
I've always just used locking lug nuts to secure my spare. On my last Jeep I put three locking lug nuts on the spare--probably a little overkill, but I figured it would deter theives. Are you looking for some other kind of lock here?
WrangerX,
One suggestion I do have in regards to the locking lug nuts--Don't get the Mopar ones. I ordered a set of them and they looked totally ridiculous. They stuck out about a mile. They made them way too long. I sent them back and ordered the set of the splined Gorilla locks. You can get a set of 5 from 4-Wheel Drive Hardware, and I think they're only about $25.00. They look much better than the Mopar ones, plus I like the splined design better.

For those JK owners wanting the Gorilla Automotive locking lug with the free spinning sleeve as shown in the pic below you need to order Gorilla lock number 61681 . You can buy the 4 lock set for about $12.99 on eBAY and then you call Gorilla Automotive with the Gorilla registration # and order one lock for the spare tire at a cost of $8.30. Note... the older style splined Gorilla lock is also available BUT does not offer the same level security as the new style Gorilla free spin sleeve lock.

These are difficult to remove in comparison to the Chrysler lock that you can take a pipe wrench to or hammer a smaller size socket on to if have no key and wish to defeat and remove.
The spinning sleeve on these new style Gorilla locks makes removal without the key far more difficult now.
There is no substitute for insurance!
