Springs or coilovers?

I'd go with the 12" shocks. I have an auto and have a coast driveshaft (believe I saw something about needing an aftermarket DS to prevent rubbing?) OHHH!!!! and would my swaybar disconnects work with the coilover kit? Or do I would be better buy the recommended ones that comes as an extra option? That sway area looks crammed in the photo :-/
