Default src bumper?

I installed my src bumper and tire carrier today. Not the greatest but good for the price. ANyway. There is a brace for the swingout and it stops it from swinging out very far. Wont even go to 90 degrees. anyone esle have this problme with theirs? I wil post pics of the bumper tomm when i get a chance. I think i am going to just do some grinding to make more clearnce but wanted to ask others experiences first.

you can see that brace on the pics in this thread.

I spoke to him before about it because i was planning on getting that bumper for a while. Sadly that is how its suppose to be :( That was his complaint to me about it, that it would not open even 90 degrees. I think its crap but for that price im still going to be getting one :P
