That second pic sure looks like the washer rotated around...

Once you verify your caster numbers (or after adjusting them to set the caster), grab a paint pen and draw a straight line across the bolt/washer and onto the bracket. That way you will be able to easily see if the cams have slipped. (or in your case it isn't if, but when, they slip again.)

Yeah I installed the lift with my dad and uncle so I bet it is off , but I learned a tone doing it on my own. I may look into buyinh RC Control arms for the lower . I'm not sure that will fix the issue but I'll try it ..

Adjustable control arms will do the same thing, but are stronger and have a better range of adjustability. Remember to find someone who can weld to take care of those slots.

Too late for you, but this is why you will see so many suggestions for people to not use cam bolts.

No. You mentioned getting new lower ca's, so I was talking about removing the cams altogether, and welding up the notches you made when they were installed. I suppose you could weld the cams and leave them there with the new lower control arms, but why?

I was referring to a temporary fix until I got the lower ca. But I understand what you was talking about now.

??????

Do you have a angle or smart phone with a angle app? There's two flat circles on each side of the front diff that are perpendicular to the flange. Gauging pinion angle and some simple math will get you a good caster estimate. Stock pinion is 2* Caster 4* For a total of 6* between them.
