Steering all over the road.
To keep it short and simple , I added a Tereflex jk level kit 2'' front 1'' rear and also 33's which read 285 75 16. The jeep is steering very loose and she make sudden left and right jolts .. Dealer said its the tires fault cause they are to big.. They said all the suspension and steering components are fine . Any suggestions ?
i would loosen and re torque all control arms as well as track bar. i have same kit, and what helped for my issues which r the same as u is front track bar.. jks, and TF shock extensions. IMO with the lift it was putting the shocks near the end of travel, and then u throw bumps and it screws up the driveability. this helped mine alot, i know i still need LCA's with my caster at just over 3.0, but these two things helped me ALOT.
and the track bar will be useful for future lifts.
good luck hope u fix it!!

What pressure are you running the tires?
As the others have said, loosen the bolts, jump up and down on the bumpers a few times, then tighten back up to the torque specs. If that doesn't help, read this one in the FAQ's:
Q: What is Caster? How much do I need?
And then look at this one in the Write-ups area:

The dealer installed it?

If, indeed, there are not worn/loose suspension components, I'd suspect caster. If you decide to let an alignment shop have a go at it, be aware that there is no way to adjust it on a stock JK. The alignment shop may offer to install cam bolts--bad idea if you off-road (search on "cam bolts" if you need further convincing). The best way to fix this is to install front adjustable lower control arms (LCA). Of course, that's more money. Most folks live with the flighty steering until they have the additional money to spend on the LCAs.
