That's just a guess.
Castor change yes, but the tie rod is not touched when you install a lift, it's going straight from knuckle to knuckle, there's no reason to touch the tie rod, so I don't see how the toe can change from a lift.

With that said, I think the toe should be checked anyways, they've been known to be off from the factory. my buddy"s was off.
