When I replaced the sway bar, I realized that the pin comes out of the steering box, has a little backlash.
When I move with the hand, it say TIC TOC.
I feel this vibration even on the steering while driving.
It’s normal?? Can I adjust the backlash of the steering box??

My steering box looks like I blee out thr seals. Im suscribing because I want to rebuild it.

I hope not. Heard all aboutt he difference between the early BOXand the Chinese BOX so I guess a tear-down, inspection and parts-source party is in order!

 

so... the sector shaft dosnt seem bent as it rotates snoothly. Seems to be a dust seal and a pressure seal. Now to remove them and find parts!

 

you can send your box to some guys in west texas and they will rebuild it for you
