Steering concerns
I recently installed rk 3.5" mid arm and 35" duratracs. If its windy on the highway the jk is all over the place. If its really windy I have to overcompensate just to go straight. For example if strong winds are blowing at my drivers side I actually have to turn towards the drivers side just to go straight. My psi is @32. Sometimes I feel like someone is going to report me as a drunk driver! Just wondering if this is just normal for a lifted jeep. I can deal with it if it is but if something's wrong I'd like to correct it.
It's going to feel more sensitive but not to the point where you have to keep both hands on the wheel. During windy days I do notice the need to correct more but not to the point to where I'm all over the place it's more of an annoyance than anything. I would check your caster angle to make sure it's not in the negative numbers. That will throw the geometry off.
I would say it was due to your caster. 3.5" of lift is a lot and you likely are netting more then 4" of lift. That really screws up your steering geometry. You tire pressure may be a bit high but I see from 25 psi to 30 on most after market tires. Your extra height on the brick just makes driving in the wind that much worse too.
Thanks I will definitely lower the pressure some. I took it to 4 wheel parts and they said all was good..... Is there a specific castor angle I should be at so I know if it needs adjusted and is this lift size specific.

RK recommends 4.2 to 4.7. It may still feel flighty at those levels but will be minimal. But, since you probably already installed front lowers with your lift and used the recommended lenghts for the control arms, your caster isn't going to be off too much imo. What the main issue is going to be the 5000 pound box you are driving. Our jeeps are not exactly aerodynamic and any little bit of wind you get on the highway is going to have major impact on how much effort you have to put into steering. Raise your jeep another 4" and it just makes the issue worse. For the short time I was stock, I couldn;t believe how crappy it drove on the highway when it was windy. Lifting it was just "raising the sails" even more.
Now, if the issue is truly steering and your caser is OK, then you are either dealing with a loose draglink bolt somewhere, bad ball joints (which can make wandering really bad) or you are feeling the effects of your geometry being way off. A high steer kit (flip kit) can help tighten up steering dramatically as will new ball joints (assuming your ball joints are shot)
