Default Steering gearbox identification

If I was searching for a delphi steering gearbox how do I know if it's delphi? I found a 07 which says delphi on it and found a 08 that doesn't but as serial numbers in same spot. To my understanding all 07-08 had delphi boxes

if its rusty, its a delphi.
