Default steering question

Ok so today while I am driving in the parking lot I notice when I start turning that my front end seems like a little jerky. I am not really sure how to explain it. It almost feels like I have a flat, but its not. It only does this at a slow speed. Does anyone have any ideas of what it might be

The lift wad installed about 7 months ago. I checked all the bolts before I left to go back to Ft Leonard Wood and all of them were good and tight, not saying they didn't loosen on the drive but they seem to be staying tight
