Default Steering question

Ok this as probably been asked before on this forum but I have a little wheel wobble and it's just aggravating to me. I checked everything and made sure it was still tight I also just got new tires and are balanced with the balance bags. I do not know what to do next to try and fix this problem. Is there any way of making the steering better?? I only have a 2.5 in of lift with 35x12.5 tires
I greatly appreciate the help and the ideas to help me fix this problem .... Thanks

It's not like leaking out it just looks wet which to me looks like it as a tiny leak but idk I don't know much about the stabilizers

Take one end of the stabilizer shock off and move it in and out that will tell you what kind of shape its in. Should be stiff like a shock.
