The Superlift kit raises the mounting points dramatically compared to the stock location. After one wheeling trip the little stock one was bent. The Superlift one sits up high enough that it hasn't gotten hit yet.

Not to be argumentative, but the aftermarket stabilizers are different. I bought the Superlift and the Skyjacker to compare. The Skyjacker seemed like the best at the time with the 3" lift. I have the superlift sitting in a box, they are a completely different configuration. Primary reason skyjacker seemed better was the KISS concept. I don't know if either one works better than the other but I really like how it drives with the skyjacker so I can't complain.

I have the Superlift stabilizer in a box; not installed yet. I like the concept. It moves the stabilizer up higher and beefs up the brackets.

I was worried about the brackets and possibly changing the geometry in a way that might have undesireable results. There was an article in 4wd last month that had a better steering solution overall that I think I might do as my next project.

I do like the Superlift stabilizer, its very well built.

Just go hydro! That will work better than ANY stabilizer.
