If you search there are several long threads discussing Steering stabilizers. Many feel that nothing over the stock is needed as long as your suspension and steering is setup correctly. What do yuo mean the are screwing up your ESC?

You need a steering stabilizer, particularly because you are running 35s.
The SS dampens oscillations and abrupt road feedback from the wheels. Bigger tires will produce stronger oscillations and feedback.
The Electronic Stability Control system as the name says provides computer controlled augmentation of the stability of the Jeep.
It applies selective braking to the wheels to compensate for excessive over/understeer.
Unless your SS is faulty and doing something odd like binding it should not affect your ESC performance.
Why do you think your SS is causing ESC problems?
