I'll crawl under there tomorrow to check again, but I don't think its hitting.

That acutally looks just like mine.........from the bottom view

What would be causeing the marks on my track bar, it would have to be the stabilizer wouldnt it?

All you have to do to position the stabilizer right is make sure the piston is extended about 1/4" out at FULL compression of the stabilizer. Simple enough.

My thought is to just flip the tie rod bracket around. should have better clearance.
I don't know if that would work with the stock axle mount though.

He said that he it is set up right. 16 3/4" eye to eye.

The method I gave will work with ANY stabilizer, no matter the brand. A blind man could set it up using that method.

Mine is set up right, it works, it just appears that there is contact with the track bar at some point, because there is marks, here is the pics:
