hey so i was lookin uner the jeep and i looked at my mud colored bottom and saw that the steering stabilizer is covered in oil and black


is that how it should be??>?\

Nope, not at all. You need to make sure that you don't have an oil leak from up above the SS that is dripping down. If not, it's pretty safe to assume your SS is fried.
