I have done the kill switch, and it works great. It actually took me longer to figure out where I wanted it to go (hid it in my console, using about 6 inches of wire total) the actual cutting, and connecting only took about 5 mins. If you are going to do it, keep the switch safe, because you don't want it going away on it's own. Great price too, only $10 at auto-zone. Push/ pull switch, and a cheap wiring harness.
