Default Stock axles with 35s front d30

Ok guys first off if I'm running 35s on my daily and only wheeling once every few months in the winter and monthly or more during the summer will my rear 44 hold up? Do I need to worry about trussing it or anything? Do I need to just sleeve and gusset the front d30 or should I do a truss as well? The biggest I I will go tire wise on these axles is 35s any advice would be helpful thanks

You'll be fine, go easy on the skinny pedal especially if you have a front locker. I ran 35s on my old d30 for years without any issues.

No one can tell you for sure, all we can do is offer guesses. You might be fine running 37's, or you might break a housing hitting a pothole with stock tires. Call around to find out what your local build rates are and compare that to your budget for repairing/replacing an axle 'if' it happens. Only you can decide if upgrading before it is possibly bent/broke is worth it.

(but yeah, the odds are good that you will probably be ok. Unless you one of us lucky guys who wasn't... )
