O my wife managed to trash the front bumper on her JKU Sahara. Got a repair estimate of $1,260... Soooo... Prime opportunity to go with an aftermarket bumper. her JKU has a 2.5" lift and 34" Trail Grapplers... It's pretty much a street Queen however... Destined to be my daughters first vehicle in a few years.

So, with all that in mind, I'd like suggestions on a nice full width aftermarket bumper for at or under $1K.... Whatcha got?

I really like the looks of the AEV, but over what I'd prefer to spend...

Auto anything.com has the smittybilt src classic front bumper with winch plate on sale $199. Reg price is $399. Easy install . 3/16 steel. I put one on mine and my dads

 

arb right around $1k. looks a lot like the aev

 

Take a look at Hanson Off-road, 3/16 steel and an easy install. Inside of $1000

 

If you want to save cash just buy a used one on craigslist for $75. You can bolt it on in no time.
