So did I sum this up right?

Do it

It's not the best idea.

You might break stuff but it's your Jeep.

According to his equipment list he is only running 35s anyway, so your not going to prove anything about 37s anyway!

Wish I could run down there to witness the action and join in on the fun!

I dont know why but this thread made me think of this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xCwLirQS2-o To the OP, I dont understand why you want to do what you want to do as its going to ride and look like shit and put a lot of wear on your components until its done right but hey its your ride. Do what you want. Id rather have a rig I can wheel until I save the money to do it right.

To Nvertflyer, dude learn to give your advice and walk away. Its not healthy to dwell on this stuff. I agree with alot of what you say alot of the time but you come off as a pompous ass when you let it go this far. I hate to see your good advice ignored but every person has a right to do things their own way and it makes it a lot easier to ignore someone who comes off as berating them.

Man, I feel your pain. Some people just need to learn by having it happen to them. Unfortunately other people get stuck fixing and getting the jeep off the trail. So the group suffers due to their irresponsibility.

I'd run the trail with you that weekend but my 44's still have stock shafts.

Get over yourself. Seriously. Nobody is arguing with you about running the hammers with a D30 and expecting it to work flawlessly and come out unscathed, they are simply questioning why you're acting like a "pompous ass". For someone who is such a "true" off-roader/jeeper I find it odd that you are willing to pay for someones fuel just to watch them break down and then leave them. Kudos to you for being able to wheel the hammers on a weekly basis, but with your present attitude I wouldn't be surprised if most of that wheeling is done solo.

Wanted to see your guys input on the set-up im thinking of.

1.25BL with TWF(Trail Worthy Fab 37 and 16.5 combo) and 4.88 gears. wanted to leave everything stock.

^
With this set-up, i only planned on keeping it a Pavement Queen till i can get the money for the lift im wanting. Worst case i figured i could cut the front and rear bumper and cut the stock fenders to flats as well.

Any-info on if this would or wouldnt work would be appericated. I've seen people make Dana 30's last offroad. i firgure i could make it last till i get the money for a PR-44 as well sense im only gonna be on Pavement till i get everything else build up
As mentioned add a 2.5 BB to the body lift and do some trimming and flat style the flares. Adjust your steering stops aswell.Check your bumpstopping too, especially the rear after a BB. GUSSET your C's first chance you get, they are very weak( I would HIGHLY recommend everyone gusset them, even stock tires), I gusseted mine and still ended up bending them. Running moog offset ball joints now. Pavement queen or not, you need at least 3in of lift whatever kind of way you get there to run 37's. Even if your just doing street, you can do a cheap build to make it capable for some mild to moderate trails. Even cheaper but ugly, 2in body lift, 1in spring pucks, trimming with the sawsall.
