Default Stock Rubi Tire on 17x9?

Has anyone done this? Is it OK for me to upgrade my wheels now and still use this tire for another year? Thanks!

Default not a problem

It doesnt matter if you change just the rims. My factory 32's from my rubi are now on 17 x 9 moto metal rims and rolling on my 98 xj.

Those tires will work and look fine on 17X9 wheels. They will look a little bit different at the bead of the tire thats all. The 17X9 wheels will spread the bead of the tire out a little wider.
