Default "Strange" vibration at speed

Ok, my JK is essential built! After super charger install problems and a minor lift problem I am very pleased with the outcome (now). I do have one thing that is a little worrysome. Every once and a while when I am driving above 60 mph I get a vibration through the jeep. It is NOT in the steering wheel.

I had some Porsche mechanics check it out and they noticed it even while on a chassis dyno, (rear wheels were off and jeep attached physically to said dyno). Wheels and tires are balanced close to perfect according to the mechanics.

Lift geomety (Northridge OME long travel 3") looks real good and everything is cinched up tight. I did get a rear Coast drive shaft from David with all the other mods but did not notice the vibration at first.

Again this comes and goes like a ghost. Not real bad but vibration is never good. Point me in a direction PLEASE!

Thanks Toad, was wondering when we might finally speak to each other. (Loved the hair in some of your videos )

I should say that even up to 85 mph the vibration is not a constant. It comes and goes but seems to come on at 60+ mph after hitting a bump in the road and then just disappears just as suddenly. Sometimes it takes a mile sometimes 100 feet.

I will attempt to measure it this weekend and see if I have any play in my ball joints, but wouldn't a ball joint problem show up in the steering????

Whatever it is it seems real strange it comes and goes. I am thinking more drive line as when it was on the dyno (jk not moving but the drive line to the rear sure was) it was doing the same thing, and this was in the presence of two ASE mechanics.

Any takes on how bad it would be to take off the rear DS, put her in 4wd and take her up to 80 mph?
