If you want wheels, I like the styles Pro Comp has: 8069 and 7031 are my favorites.

worst yet posted them.. I could've gone my whole life never knowing that garbage existed...
OP plenty of great wheels to check out on this forum do a search.. so many different styles!
I'd say go at least 17" thats what I have if I do it again I will be going with 18"s though..
THe black and silver combo rims are a good looking choice and seem to compliment any color JK

I don't black rims either, so I'm leaning towards the pro comp 1089. They are polished and not chrome. Quadratec has a great price on them.
If you want some good pics of the rims, then google "Starwood Texas Jeep" and there is this MOAB blue JKU model they designed. Horrible design, but it shows what 1089 rims look like with 35's sitting on a JKU.

I agree. But it's 2012 and braking systems have improved greatly over the CJ and even the TJ series. And one way that was accomplished was adding larger rotors and calipers. I agree, I don't want 22's on my JKU, but going with a 16 or 17 to insure fitment isn't that big of a deal. I'm mearly suggesting that he will have a much larger selection of wheels and tires by going with something larger than 15's.
So it left me wondering, is it worth spending $400-500 more today so I can buy a BBK? is it worth spending that much more today so when I need a new set of tires in the future I don't have to buy rims again? Is it worths spending more today so I have to spend more on a tire if I get a flat?
The rims were only $105 each... pretty sure if I keep them in decent shape I can sell them in 4 years all 5 for $200 to another JK (since I know they fit)... If they stop making 35x12.50x15's in a few years as long as they still make 33x12.5x15 there will be some JK's out there that still want my wheels. I can just buy a different set a rims if/when the time comes for the 15's not working for me anymore.
But back on topic... I would look at the alloy MB72's
