Superchip
[QUOTE=JPop;1799727]A dealer can't change your tire size beyond 32".
A dealer can't change your gear set in the PCM beyond 4.10.
A dealer can't/won't turn your TPMS off and they won't reduce it below 26lbs.
A dealer may charge for making the changes to the PCM and often will charge $75 or more for PCM reprogramming.
If it didn't work for you, you are definitely in the minority. Most report fuel mileage increases, but most see any increases in fuel mileage as a bonus and not the reason they bought the programmer. If you didn't want the additional power an AEV ProCal would have been a better call.
FWIW, My dealer told me he set the TPMS to a low of 22#s and high of 28#s. The light went off when I picked up the Jeep and the tires had 26#s in them. If he had set the tires to 32"s my speedo would have read below the GPS, rather than 5% higher. When I plugged in my superchip, it said they were set for 34" diameter. I lowered it to 32.5" and was almost dead on with the GPS. Another flash to 32" has it perfect with the Garmin. Today, I checked it on the interstate and 60 mph and it is right on 60 seconds.
Like I said, I have a superior dealer. Before I bought it, I read how many had seen a mileage increase when the went to 513 gears and when they got the Superchip. My mpgs went down with the gears, which my dealer said it would, and the superchip did not increase it at all. When I chose 34" tires, I had hoped that the Superchip would have added enough to avoid a gear change. It did to some extent, but I did the gears anyway. Probably should have given the 410s more time with the Flashpaq.
I think the Superchip is a good product for the guy that can make use of all it can do. With the 513 gears, I don't need anythig more than stock performance. I went through the big performance kick 30 years ago and now I'm in no hurry to get anywhere.

I did my reprogramming on Saturday. I went from 16 mpg to 18+ with my Rubicon 6 speed and a Banks cat back. I loaded the 91 Octane tune and it made my Jeep run much better. For me it was one of the best things I have done so far.
I have an 2010 automatic 4 dr JK with 3.73 gears. I just put on 315 70R17 tires. Do you all have any suggestions on SC setup for a balance of performance with decent mileage?
Also, I have my tire size set but cant get the TPMS below 26. I must be missing something..... can anyone help./ I am planning a gear change in the future but I have to wait for more $$$.

I've got a Superchips on a a 6 spd 4dr. You will certainly notice a difference in the form of a bump in power, throttle responsiveness, and MPGs.
There have only been a handful out of hundreds just here on this forum that said they weren't happy with the flashpaq. All the rest think it's one of the best mods they've done. I am one of them for sure. My JK is the dd as well.
Well, I don't know the answer to my question, but after the flashpaq 87 tune, the jeep became much more "spirited". I have no definitive proof of torque or horsepower gain, but I can say it simply feels like a performance improvement well worth the money and easy to accomplish. Though I keep OD off except above 60 MPH, I do think there was a shift improvement, in that it stays in lower gears longer.
I did not run any "controlled" fuel economy testing before after the tune, as I did not perform the mod looking for fuel consumption improvement. On the upside for you, if you spend the money and don't like the results, you can go back to stock easily, and most likely find another buyer for your unit. Anyone that has worked around cars/trucks can relate to spending $$ and working hard on an exhaust (or other) mod that is not easily reversed, and not liking the results. Good luck!
