Not only will it calibrate your speedo in just a few seconds, you will notice a HUGE power increase! I run 35's and I use the "87 Performance" tune and with 87 octane gas in it, it really responds. Launches off the line when the lght turns green, etc. Also, the crawl tune is amazing when rock crawling!!!! Just tested it this past weekend for the first time on the Rubicon trail and the crawl tune blew me away with how much more low end torque I got. Rolled right up Cadillac hill without even stepping on the gas, and I have an X, not a rubicon, with the less awesome Transfer case =) With the rubi transfer case, it would probably be even more amazing! Soooooooo happy with my superchips flashpaq!!!!

I have the Superchips on a 6 spd and really like it, fixed the speedo error running 35's (checked by Garmin) flashed the performance program and runs great with stock gears and my 35's, turned off the TPMS crap (I have been checking my own tire pressure for many years and it pings at ya when you air down, so off it went) I also have a AEM CAI and a Magnaflow cat-back and it senses those and adjust for them, and the part about the dealer is correct in that you need to return to stock setting prior to taking in for work, but I do beleive you loose the read settings the dealer or inspection station looks for - did not in my case.

I have it installed on my auto. I don't know about all the superman claims everyone else has but I noticed that it shifts better and seems like it 's not struggling to get up to interstate speed on the on ramp. My gas mileage has been about the same around town, 16 mpg, but to me it was worth it. It's just not a huge slug anymore. I'll be curious how it manages 35's.

I start to think sometimes it doesn't make that big of diff then I put it back to stock. It makes a diff believe me. It's nothing like new gears or anything but it helps for sure

Apparantly you get more benefits out of it on the 6-speeds if you intend running bigger tyres or if you want to take advantage of the power gains from running high octane gas. If it's just an issue with the throttle delay, there are controllers (Sprint booster I think is one?) designed just for that. I was toying with the idea of getting Superchips/Scanguage for my stock 6-speed but was advised that I wouldn't really gain much in stock trim.

Anyone here get superchips for a bone stock 6-speed who can give us a before & after comparison?
