Installed My Tuner yesterday on Toe settings. Good improvement.
I want to try different options like 91 Octane Max Performance etc Do i Have to retrun the tuner back to stock drive a while and than apply new settings or is there any simple way without confusing or risking the PCM.

Are there any simple steps?

Yes just select quick tune and choose the tune you want..... no need to flash back to stock first..

Hey, I know the flashpaq used to allow lockers in 4-Hi but only if it's plugged in.

Has there been any update? Can you now engage your factory rubicon lockers in 4-Hi even with the flashpaq left at home? Did they allow it to work like it was normal from the factory yet?

I see no need to regear! I think the extra HP helps just enough so I can cruse 70-75 on the freeway without downshifting, and that's with an auto.

Now I am in Phoenix which is low elevation and flat roads, which I'm sure helps.

Update! Just took using the tires and couple tanks of gas and now my MPG is 16.6, just a tad lower!

Love it!

So how is the tow setting? I will be towing a popup tent trailer in two weeks, to the desert, but over freeway first. Should I use it the whole trip, wait until I leave the freeway or what? What have you towed with yours?

Default I'm a believer

Got my SC from Dave at Northridge yesterday. I downloaded the latest updates, hooked up the SC, downloaded the stock data, and uploaded the 87 tune. I took Jpops advice and went out and mashed the pedal on a couple of on-ramps and WOW! The acceleration was impressive and the tranny shifted a lot more smoothly.

I have an 08 sahara, 4dr, auto, 3:73 gears, stock rubi tires, cai, and exhaust.

WOW!

I've had mine for a couple of weeks now. Tried the 87 octane setting and didn't notice much, but after flashing to the 91 Performance tune and running through a couple of tanks of 91 I can say the difference is quite noticeable.

My jeep was already pretty quick with my hardware mods and with the 91 Performance tune it is definitely faster, especially at higher RPM. I have noticed that acceleration is not as smooth at lower very RPM, however. As for economy, it's hard to say. My foot always gets heavier whenever my vehicles get faster...

Getting about 13.6 combined highway and city.
