Default Superchips - MAC compatibility?

Anyone know if Superchips is contemplating releasing software that is compatible for us MAC owners?

I sent them an email about 2 months ago. The response I got didn't sound promising. Have tried doing to update via Crossover but no luck so far. Granted I still am figuring out all the details of the program so it still may be possible.

If I do my update on a friend's computer, will it screw with my software and ability to update on my own?

I use my Mac book to update my SC.

You do have to run parallels software & load windows first though.

No. You create an ID and password, and you can log in with that on another computer also running the SC client software.

Default 10.5 or higher? load XP with Boot Camp

If you have a supported version of OSX you could always load XP as a dual boot. I use it for everything not compatible with Mac such as Superchip's software and the Garmin update and connector software.
Very easy and if you're not a computer person there is plenty of easy, straightforward documentation on the subject. Just be sure to do a backup first.

I would like to know as well. I had to use my brothers's PC to do the update. I would like to be able to use my Mac for this.

Not being able to use my Mac to do upgrades is an inconvenience, but what I would much rather have is a blue tooth OBDII connection and use of an iphone as opposed to the physical Flashpaq. It would be upgradeable from the iphone itself, and then I could have both my vehicles programmers installed on a device that I have more readily available.
