Keep in mind that it may be that you will have to disable your firewall, virus protection or other software doing the download. That was the key for at least one member I spoke with.

I couldn't download both the TPMS disable and adjustment at the same time.
Had to do one then the other. Do adjustment first, then disable. Then update the Jeep.
I did return my Jeep TPMS to stock one time as well. Don't know if that was a factor.
Anyway, just some ideas.

can you update the tuner or do you have to return the tuner back to stock

Yep I already called Superchips....they are trying to figure out the problem.

In fact they have web forum where you can post your problems (in the problem forum or Jepp forum)

BTW iam using a blackberry socket to hold the superchips unit and it works like a charm !!!

Not needed..At least for me all I did was hook up the flashpaq to the laptop and downloaded the update....
