Superwinch LP10000 / Rugged Ridge XHD Bumper
Here's a picture of mine - the RR Logo is actually cut out in the bumper. Did yours look the same? Also, the opening on this bumper where the winch would sit looks pretty large - I can actually see part of the frame mounting bracket through the opening.

PS: Ignore the bug carnage - haven't had a chance to clean up since a loooooong drive to a state park this Sunday

So, did you have to trim the bumper opening where the winch sits at or did you have to trim the part of the frame plate that the bolts that attach the D-Rings and the bumper to the frame go into? If I understand it correctly, you had to trim that part of the frame that's visible on the driver side by the opening - correct?

And u don't have to trim
Much
I just put my XHD on last month , according to the directions, yes I read them, the only trimming that may need to be done is if your elec disconnect motor is in the way, mine wasn't also note in other posters pic 8 holes one offset 4 are for Superwinches.
All the new RR XHD bumpers should already have the notch trimmed out for the electronic disconnect. Mine was already trimmed when I got it.
Absolutely! This thing will not budge. Of course, if you are worried about the bolts, you can bolt it in, then have a local welding shop weld it up for you too. But trust me, the 16 bolts that hold this thing on are solid! I'd always wanted the LoD Stinger but couldn't justify the price; thought of the OR-Fab but didn't want to have to choose between a winch bumper or fog lamps. So, this was the next best option, and so far, I have no regrets!
