Post Follow up: I installed the adjustable upper control arms over the weekend and shortening them by only 1/8" or increased the caster from 4 to 6-7 degrees. This cleared up the issue I was having with my stability control sensor (ESP) system kicking on in corners.
I would suggest anyone that puts on a 3" suspension lift and 35" tires (on the 4 door) to order the adjustable arms and adjust them accordingly.
