try bouncing up and down your jeep. if it doesn't move more than your friends tj chances are your springs are to stiff. this happened to me before. anyone that has driven with very hard springs knows what i'm talking about. having a lot of air in your tires would not feel as bad as a stiff spring. or shocks. I have seen jeep or cars that feel solid when you try boucing them, and guess how they drive.
