The S/T Dual Rate is a complete swaybar system, not just disconnects. You are not comparing apples to apples. I would recommend the Teraflex quick disconnects. They are very easy to use. You can find out more by doing a search on this site.

well, it's specifically for the TJ, 0-2" of lift. check with WOL, but i imagine it would be the same for the JK.

Sorry, I was referring to the guy who posted about which sway bar disco's to go with. I did check out that site though and that's a mighty fine idea.
On my old TJ, I never had my sway bars connected. It would look kind of funny going around turns, because the body would sway. People always asked if it was broke. Well, I also had a spool in my rear, so going around a corner, my tires would squeal like crazy. Can't beat them off-road though.
