Most lifts have you trim that tube flush with the frame. The track bar bracket could be hitting the steering stabilizer look for witness marks as your is still pretty clean so should be easy to see where contact is being made.
It will make the popping noise when turning to the right and go over any small bump. Nothing is hitting I have double and triple checked. Nothing is showing Amy scaring.

Double check the torque on the sway bar bolts....both front and rear. Sounds like might be under torqued and any time it's getting just a bit off camber or body roll, it pops. You might be able to just shake the jeep and recreate the sound if that is the case.

Things don't have to be under torqued by much before you start seeing/hearing consequences of such.
