Default Sway bar/link rubbing spring

I have an AEV 2.5 lift w/ geometry correction brackets and everything seems to be lined up perfectly. But the passenger side sway bar and/or the top of the Sway bar link are making contact with the spring, rubbing a little.

The driver side has a good two inches of clearance.

Any ideas what's going on here?? I'll try to post pics soon.

Sounds like your axle is off center or your sway bar is. If the axle is centered up then go to the links and bar. If the axle isn't centered then you're looking for an adjustable track bar.

Check your hardware on the links, there are some links that require the hardware to be put together in a certain fashion for it to work properly (no touchy). The other thing is make sure the sway bar is centered up. Usually they don't shift but it is possible if the axle is off center or was off center.

Ok I'll take a look tomorrow and see what might be off-center. How exactly can I tell if the axle is off-center?

Just grab your measuring tape and see what the difference is between 2 standard points. Usually you check between the tire and the framerail- just make sure your points are consistent and you'll be all right.

You might want to check out the installation of the sway bar extension brackets that came with the kit... AEV cut cost and made identical extension brackets for Left and Right side.
The way the brackets are made it bias the sway bar links to one side.. It might help to flip them. You should take a few pictures of where it's rubbing on the spring.
Personally I replaced the existing sway bar links from Teraflex that are 2.5" longer than stock, thus eliminating the AEV extension brackets..
Is your Jeep a Sport/Sahara or a Rubicon?

It's a Sport. I ditched the AEV sway bar link brackets today and installed JKS Quicker Disconnects. That's when I noticed the rubbing on the passenger side spring. I'm going to get pics taken tomorrow when the sun is up. I'll try to get pics of my measurements too.

I think you can make spacers to space it out enough to clear

Check the coil spring to make sure it is still seated in the lower spring perch. I bought my 2012 JK Sport with Mopars 2.0 lift kit. After 50 miles I heard some rubbing noises when rolling over speed bumps in the parking lot. When I checked it out I found the coil spring on both sides had come unseated from the bottom spring perch. The dealership installed a new set of springs and the same thing happened. They then installed a set of ProComp springs and it hasn't happened since.

The coils were rubbing the end of the sway bar
