Are you referring to the Death Wobble? Feels like the wheels are going wherever and you have no control?

Could you be more specific with the problem you have? I noticed after my 2.5' lift that my steering was more touchy and required more concentration on the highway. Then after I added 33' tires bumps seemed to make my steering wheel move more, which a better steering stabilizer would probably help with.

Any kind of more aggresive terrain type tire will have that floaty effect, even more so when you start to add more inches to the tire width. The original tires on the X and sahara are much better handleing on the road, just the way it is.

Maybe you've got some bad bushings on your suspension components. I would put it in the air and check everything really good.

I have fixed CA's too, that may be part of the problem. Is your adj. trac-bar tight?

The discription you give would make me believe a loose trac bar.
