I agree. That's exactly what mine felt like when the trac bar came apart in the middle of a driving snow storm.

Sounds like a bad front trckbar ( if stock) or a loose one (if adjustable)!

Check your track bar mounts. If they're cracked, they will allow for a little movement.

Mine did that when I first added my trackbar. Didn't have the damn thing tight enough I will go with the rest of the loose/wore trackbar crowd on this one.

Let us know.

Sounds to me like you've got a little bumpsteer. I have the FT lift also (although mine is sitting closer to 5.5" with the HD springs) and what fixed it for me was a combination of adding a drop pitman arm and trackbar relocation bracket (which you probably don't need if you're not sitting as tall), and then playing around with my caster. Finally found the sweet spot with the caster (we took it up pretty high, but I'd have to ask hubby exactly where we set it because I don't remember) and the problem has completely gone away.

You might want to take a look at your control arm bushings too. I had to replace mine at the same time I did the above.

I did it all at the same time, but I'm pretty sure it was adjusting the caster that did it. The difference is like night and day. I can't believe how smooth the ride is on pavement now, especially at speed, and much more stability on cornering.
